Refund Policy

If there is quality problem on the products, you can simply return any purchase to the store you bought it from within 7 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or refund as long as:

• You have clear proof of purchase, such as a receipt;

• The product and its packaging is in original condition, including any manuals and accessories.

Conditions:

1. In order to get your refund, customer has to return your purchase unused with its original packaging and receipt to our store. Please note all delivery and incidental charges to return the item or deliver the new item are the customers responsibility and assembly & delivery fees will not be refunded. 10% restocking fee applies. 

2. The refund policy DOES NOT apply on the basis of: 

    a.  You change your mind

    b. The Product do not fit into your space

3. Mattresses and Bed Bases can not be returned or exchanged.

4. Exchanges is available where goods are D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days. Claim must be submitted with suffient evidence including invoice number & damage picture. 

5. Sample Product sold As Is - the seller will not fix or warrant the condition of the sample product. We suggest buyers inspect the product before purchase, and no refund for change of mind.
