Delivery options

We deliver to metro and regional NSW, VIC and QLD within about 3.5 hours of our warehouses and along our Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Brisbane routes, plus the ACT, Toowoomba and Shepparton. For anywhere else our service team quotes delivery after you order.

• Delivery areas in NSW, VIC and QLD: $49, $99 or $129 per order (see below).
• ACT, Toowoomba and Shepparton areas: $129 per order. Oversize items are quoted.
• SA, WA, NT, Tasmania and other areas: our service team quotes delivery after you order. Delivery is not charged at checkout.
• Free showroom pickup from our NSW, VIC and QLD locations.

Costs & timing

Delivery is charged once per order, not per item, and shown at checkout once you enter your postcode:

Timeframes start from dispatch and exclude public holidays. Made-to-order pieces may take longer, this is noted on the product page.

Showroom pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout (it's free) and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually the same or next business day. Bring your order number and ID.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and another with tracking details once it's dispatched. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery window for larger items.

Large & bulky items

Big pieces are delivered to your door (or room of choice where access allows). Please measure before you buy:

• Check doorways, hallways, stairwells and lifts against the product dimensions.
• Clear the delivery path and the space the item will go.
• Tell us about access restrictions (stairs, narrow streets, parking) at checkout.

Add our assembly service on eligible products at checkout and we'll set it up on delivery.
