Understanding the delivery process helps you know exactly when to expect your furniture. Your order goes through processing and shipping stages before arriving at your doorstep.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Orders must be processed before shipping. The total wait time consists of Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing

Your order has been verified and is being prepared. We confirm contact information, sort items, conduct quality checks, and pack everything securely before handing it to the shipping company.

Shipping

Your items are in transit. Track your order once the courier updates the tracking number. Allow 10 days for Expedited Express and 20 days for Ocean Shipping tracking updates.

Processing Time: 7-10 business days

Please Note:

  • AProcessing Time is calculated from when payment is verified (confirmation email will be sent).
  • BChanges to color, size, style, or address will reset the Processing Time from when details are confirmed. An updated Estimated Delivery Time will be emailed.
  • CDuring holidays, processing may take longer. We'll notify you in advance.

Factors That May Affect Delivery:

Inventory availability, processing capacity, and unforeseen circumstances like strikes or natural disasters may impact delivery times. We'll notify you in advance if delays are expected.

We Are Not Liable for Delays Caused By:

  • AChanges to contact information or delivery address after order placement
  • BProduct modifications (color, size, style changes) after order placement
  • CFirst delivery attempt made within the Estimated Delivery Date (missed delivery, arranged pick-up, or invalid address)
  • DDelivery to remote areas
